What this site covers
Software that answers an inbound lead, qualifies it in conversation, and books a meeting. That is a narrow category and the site keeps to it. It does not cover dialers, general-purpose chatbots, scheduling links, or CRM software that happens to include a chat widget.
The main page is the comparison of the tools. Everything under writing exists to go deeper on a decision the table can only summarise.
How entries are chosen
A tool is listed if it does conversational qualification and calendar booking as its main job, publishes enough about itself to describe accurately, and is generally available rather than in a private beta.
Nothing on this site is presented as a test result, because no testing was done. What is here is what the vendors publish, read off their own pages and dated. The order the tools appear in is not a ranking and is not offered as one.
Where the numbers come from
Every price is the lowest recurring figure the vendor publishes, taken from its own pricing page. Where a vendor does not publish a price, the table says so rather than estimating one. Prices were last checked in October 2026, and that date is shown next to them.
Third-party pages reporting these prices were not used as sources. Spot checks against two of them found both wrong by a wide margin, in one case by an order of magnitude.
How often it is updated
Pricing is re-checked and the date on the table is moved when it is. An article gets a visible Updated line only when something in it actually changed — a corrected claim or a different recommendation, not a typo.
Corrections
If a price here is wrong, out of date, or a tool is described in a way its own documentation does not support, say so: info@closebot.ai. Corrections to figures are made directly, and the checked date moves with them.
